The Role
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues
- Manage meeting rooms, office facilities and workplace resources
- Coordinate internal events, meetings and hospitality arrangements
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace communications
- Ensure the office environment remains welcoming, professional and efficient
About You
- Previous experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality or front-of-house roles
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, professional and solutions-focused
