This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales management and business development, who is willing to lead on strategy, has managed small teams and can demonstrate successful implementation and results.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing and growing key client accounts
  • Leading a small commercial team and supporting them with sales strategy
  • Driving new business and identifying growth opportunities
  • Leading, developing and managing a sales team
  • Leading on commercial strategy and implementation
  • Setting, implementing and monitoring commercial strategy and KPIs
  • Taking ownership of performance, with some responsibility for P&L
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering a high level of customer service
  • Supporting forecasting, contract negotiations and market analysis
  • Analysing performance data and reporting on sales activity
