Adaptable Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a reputable organisation based in Liverpool on a 3-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and professional EA who can hit the ground running, providing high-level support to a busy Senior Leadership Team whilst handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex diaries, meetings and appointments for senior stakeholders
- Acting as the first point of contact for emails, correspondence and enquiries
- Prioritising communications and responding to routine correspondence where appropriate
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Monitoring actions and ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Processing and monitoring expense submissions
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
- Supporting the wider team with administrative and organisational requirements
About You
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Strong diary management and organisational skills xiskglj
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, professional and highly confidential approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
