Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing a high volume of purchase invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Prepare weekly payment run
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing accounts
  • Deal with internal and external invoice queries
  • Process company expenses and credit card claims
  • Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required
