A well-established and highly regarded independent lettings agency based in Ormskirk is seeking an experienced Lettings Office Manager to join and lead their growing team.

Specialising in residential, student, and commercial properties, this business prides itself on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. This is a dynamic, hands-on position combining leadership, property management, compliance, and customer service.

  • Managing the full lettings cycle from marketing through to move-in
  • Conducting property viewings, applicant vetting, and negotiations
  • Carrying out landlord appraisals and routine property inspections
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation (EPCs, EICRs, Gas Safety, HMO licensing)
  • Managing maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
  • Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Proven experience within lettings or property management (minimum 1 year at management level preferred) is required, along with a strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is necessary, and local knowledge of the Ormskirk area is advantageous.
