Specialising in residential, student, and commercial properties, this business prides itself on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. This is a dynamic, hands-on position combining leadership, property management, compliance, and customer service.
- Oversee the full lettings process while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high service standards.
- Manage the full lettings cycle from marketing through to move-in.
- Conduct property viewings, applicant vetting, and negotiations.
- Carry out landlord appraisals and routine property inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation (EPCs, EICRs, Gas Safety, HMO licensing).
- Manage maintenance issues and liaise with contractors.
- Maintain accurate property and tenancy records.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within lettings or property management (minimum 1 year at management level preferred).
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Local knowledge of the Ormskirk area is advantageous.
