Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver high quality IT support across users, devices, applications and environments
  • Own and develop IT infrastructure including networks, cloud services, endpoints and core systems
  • Lead Cyber Essentials accreditation and contribute to ISO27001 controls, audits and improvements
  • Proactively identify issues, solve root causes and improve processes and security posture

Requirements

  • Strong background in IT support, infrastructure and service delivery within a business environment
  • Experience leading or supporting Cyber Essentials with exposure or interest in ISO27001 frameworks
  • A curious, problem-solving mindset with the confidence to question, improve and take ownership
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to support users and advise non-technical stakeholders
