The role

As Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the accounts receivable function, with a strong focus on bank and account reconciliations. You’ll work closely with the wider finance team to ensure cash is accurately recorded, allocated, and reported.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and allocating incoming customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Reconciling customer accounts and maintaining clean, accurate ledgers
  • Chasing outstanding balances and resolving payment queries with customers
  • Supporting month-end processes, including reporting, reconciliations, and audit support
  • Maintaining accurate financial records within the accounting system
  • Responding to finance-related queries via email and telephone
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team as required
