The role
As Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the accounts receivable function, with a strong focus on bank and account reconciliations. You’ll work closely with the wider finance team to ensure cash is accurately recorded, allocated, and reported.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and allocating incoming customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Reconciling customer accounts and maintaining clean, accurate ledgers
- Chasing outstanding balances and resolving payment queries with customers
- Supporting month-end processes, including reporting, reconciliations, and audit support
- Maintaining accurate financial records within the accounting system
- Responding to finance-related queries via email and telephone
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team as required
About you
We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-driven, and keen to learn. You’ll be confident working with numbers and enjoy contributing as part of a team.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in an office administration or finance role
