Location: Liverpool (Full-Time, Office-Based) Immediate Start
Salary: £28,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Main Responsibilities to Include:
- Managing a mix of inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Dealing with queries professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system
- Following up on enquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
