At Adaptable Recruitment, we are working with a well-established and highly regarded legal practice who are looking to appoint an experienced Legal PA to join their team in Liverpool. Salary: Β£35,000 β Β£40,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: 9:00am β 5:30pm
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays

Experience: Previous legal PA experience is essential
Main Responsibilities to Include:
- Providing comprehensive PA and secretarial support to Partners and senior fee earners.
- Formatting, editing, and preparing a variety of legal, business, and confidential documents.
- Managing diaries, organising schedules, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- Assisting senior staff with ongoing legal matters and wider administrative tasks.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning, arranging, and minuting meetings.
- Managing both legal and non-legal correspondence and handling incoming enquiries.
- Collating information and compiling departmental documents and reports.
- Audio and copy typing with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensuring internal compliance records are efficiently managed and regularly updated.
- Supporting billing processes and handling associated administrative duties.
- Maintaining effective filing systems and ensuring data is aligned with internal procedures.
Ideal Candiate:
- Proven experience as a PA, Legal Secretary, or Executive Assistant within a professional environment.
- Excellent organisation and administrative capabilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
- Proactive problem solver with the confidence to use their initiative.
- Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Enjoys relationship-building and delivering a high-quality service to clients and colleagues.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly in document production.
- Accurate and efficient typing skills (audio and copy).
