The Role
This position focuses on driving sales growth across a defined Southern territory, working with builders, contractors and industries that use scaffolding equipment and related products. You will manage your own patch, build long-term relationships and convert high-potential enquiries into revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing hire and sales revenue across your region.
- Actively targeting new, lapsed and existing customers through site visits, meetings and calls.
- Managing leads, referrals and all enquiries through to completion.
- Ensuring strong account management and customer satisfaction.
- Planning weekly activity to maximise time in front of clients.
- Working closely with internal sales and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Producing quotations and converting them into orders.
- Increasing awareness of the company’s full range of products and services.
- Staying aware of competitor activity, pricing, and market changes.
- Representing the business at industry events and trade associations.
- Taking responsibility for your own development, training and performance objectives.
