The Role
You'll be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts while supporting the wider sales function. This is a highly dynamic position where you'll coordinate the sales process end-to-end and play a key role in helping the business achieve its targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing sales quotations, orders, and purchase orders efficiently
- Managing and developing assigned customer accounts
- Proactively following up on quotations to win business
- Expediting orders and resolving queries with customers and suppliers
- Handling returns and non-conformances in line with procedures
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Supporting Business Development Managers
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
