Key Responsibilities
- Managing the CEO's busy and ever-changing diary.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and briefing documents.
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Screening and managing emails, calls, and communications.
- Organising board meetings and senior leadership meetings.
- Taking accurate minutes and following up on actions.
- Handling highly confidential information with discretion.
- Supporting business projects and operational activities as required.
- Building strong relationships across the business and with external partners.
About You
- Previous experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Professional, confident, and highly discreet.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
