A forward thinking business is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their North Liverpool site in a pivotal standalone role. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the HR function within a growing and ambitious business. Working directly with a highly commercial and forward-thinking Managing Director, you will have genuine influence across the organisation, shaping both people strategy and day-to-day operations. The Role

This is a hands‑on, operational HR role where visibility in the business is key. You will be responsible for developing and embedding a people‑focused approach that supports performance, engagement and long‑term growth.
