The Role

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities across HR, Talent, Learning & Development, and Leadership functions
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through proactive outbound sales activity
  • Engage and influence senior decision-makers including HR Directors, Heads of Talent and Learning Leaders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close
  • Deliver engaging virtual programme overviews and commercial discussions
  • Consistently exceed revenue and activity targets

About You

  • Proven success in a Business Development, New Business or Sales role
  • Strong outbound sales and pipeline generation experience
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
  • Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven
  • Experience within Leadership Development, Learning & Development, HR Technology, SaaS or professional services would be advantageous
