A forward thinking business is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their North Liverpool site in a pivotal standalone role. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the HR function within a growing and ambitious business. Working directly with a highly commercial and forward-thinking Managing Director, you will have genuine influence across the organisation, shaping both people strategy and day-to-day operations. The Role

This is a hands‑on, operational HR role where visibility in the business is key. You will be responsible for developing and embedding a people‑focused approach that supports performance, engagement and long‑term growth. You will work closely with managers across the business, providing guidance, building capability and improving overall leadership effectiveness. Alongside this, you will review and implement HR processes, ensure consistency and introduce structure where needed.
