We're exclusively partnering with a fast-paced, operational business in Crewe to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the action, building strong relationships with managers, and rolling their sleeves up to support a busy workforce.

The Role
Supporting the HR function across a large operational workforce, you'll provide practical HR guidance, manage employee relations casework, and ensure HR processes are delivered effectively and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Manage a range of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance and conduct issues.
- Lead investigations, hearings and formal meetings, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
- Oversee occupational health referrals and support return-to-work and reasonable adjustment processes.
- Take ownership of time and attendance administration, ensuring accurate records and payroll data.
- Produce HR reports, maintain employee records and prepare HR documentation.
- Support the delivery of HR initiatives, policy implementation and continuous improvement projects.

- Strong employee relations experience, particularly disciplinaries and grievances.

- Confidence challenging and influencing managers at all levels.
