Due to a huge increase in demand and new enquiries we need to expand our team rapidly!

The Role

We're looking for a driven, consultative salesperson to manage inbound, qualified enquiries and guide clients through the full office search and deal process. You'll act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, presenting tailored options, arranging tours, and negotiating the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound, qualified leads
  • Qualify requirements and build tailored office shortlists and reports
  • Arrange and host office viewings and tour schedules (must be happy to travel to London regularly)
  • Negotiate commercial terms with landlords and operators
  • Manage deals from enquiry to completion
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates

What we are looking for

  • Proven sales or account management experience (property, flex space, B2B or similar preferred)
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Consultative, organised, and commercially minded
  • Comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and happy working in a hybrid environment
