We focus on US Web3 and Artificial Intelligence clients from our UK office.
We are seeking several Trainee Recruitment Consultants that can become our next wave of successful recruiters.
No experience is needed, we will train you from day one.
We need individuals that are resilient, eager to learn, and always thinking outside of the box.
Our 2024 junior hires are on target to earn 100k per annum within their 2nd year. If you are focused and driven from day one, there isn’t any reason you can’t achieve the same.
Our trainee scheme
The Adapt Talent trainee scheme is designed to completely train and work with applicants from day one to support and mentor you into becoming a successful recruiter.
Each trainee will start with an intensive four-week training course.
During these four weeks, you’ll work with one of the company directors to understand our business and our core markets and you’ll get some hands‑on experience with the day to day tasks that your role will progress to.
Once complete, you’ll shadow one of our consultants, working closely and sharing deals to ensure you’re fully comfortable and have all of the knowledge and training you need.
Adapt Talent is a close‑knit team, starting each morning with an overview of our day, giving any one of our consultants the chance to work with and help one another – not compete against each other.
