p Working on behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager on a contract basis for a renovation works project of a commercial building. /p p strong Key Duties /strong /p ul li Managing day-to-day site operations /li li Supporting the team with small works /li li Ensuring health safety standards are met at all times /li li Coordinating subcontractors and site labour /li li Maintaining project timelines and quality standards /li /ul p strong What we are looking for in the successful candidate: /strong /p ul li Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction or refurbishment projects. /li li Trade background as you will be required to support the team with small works /li li Valid SMSTS /li li CSCS Card Gold or Above /li li First Aid /li li Own Tools and PPE /li li Driving License /li /ul p strong What Our Client Offers /strong /p ul li £300 per day /li li Working hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm /li li Minimum 4 weeks worth of work /li /ul p /p
