Working on behalf of our client based on a site in Middlesborough. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager

Key Duties

  • Take full responsibility for managing site operations across RC structures and utility works.
  • Lead, coordinate, and support a site foreman, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery.
  • Oversee health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including engineers, subcontractors, and the client’s team.
  • Step up into project management duties when required, including programme planning, reporting, and progress meetings.
  • Drive productivity, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure works are delivered to specification, on time and within budget.

What we are looking for in the successful candidate

  • A proven track record as a Senior Site Manager within civil engineering projects.
  • Strong background in reinforced concrete structures and utilities packages.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with confidence to step into project management responsibilities.
