Working on behalf of our client, based in Crewe we are currently recruiting for an Electrical Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.
Key Duties:
- Plan, execute, and oversee electrical contracts from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Assist in the design and costing of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- Monitor work quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure installations meet regulatory and company standards.
- Supervise and manage electricians, subcontractors, and project teams, providing guidance and training where required.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any project concerns.
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, and reports, ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- Experience in project management within the electrical industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical installation regulations and health & safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple electrical projects from start to completion.
