Working on behalf of our client based on a site in Broughton, Flintshire. We are currently recruiting for Mechanical Fitters.
The Role: You will play a key role in the installation and assembly of new machinery, ensuring all components are fitted accurately and in line with technical specifications. Working as part of a wider installation team, you'll contribute to delivering the project on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical installation of new machinery and equipment
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical plans
- Aligning, fitting, and assembling components
- Supporting commissioning and testing phases where required
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter (ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments)
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Fitting & Assembly
- CSCS / CCNSG
- DBS check to be completed once on job
