Our client is offering an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join their growing commercial team as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor through a fully funded Degree Apprenticeship Programme. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Quantity Surveying while earning a full-time salary and gaining valuable industry experience. You will work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of construction projects whilst studying towards a recognised Quantity Surveying degree. What You'll Be Doing As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team with a range of duties including: Assisting with cost planning and budget management Supporting the preparation of valuations and applications for payment Assisting with subcontractor procurement and account management Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance Helping to prepare tender and contract documentation Supporting the management of variations and change control Working closely with project managers, site teams and commercial colleagues Developing a thorough understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes Degree Apprenticeship Programme This opportunity includes a fully funded Degree Apprenticeship with Wrexham University / Coleg Cambria One day per week dedicated to university/college attendance Four-year structured learning programme No tuition fees or student debt Full-time salary throughout your studies Combination of practical workplace experience and academic learning Clear progression pathway towards becoming a qualified Quantity Surveyor Career Development & Support Our client is committed to investing in your future and has created a structured development programme to ensure your success.
