Working on behalf of our client who are starting a project on a site in Barrow in Furness, we are seeking a Site Manager, on a contract basis.
Key Duties
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Overseeing brickwork and roofing elements of the project
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
- Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
- Maintaining project timelines and quality standards
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction or refurbishment projects.
- Strong bricklaying and roofing knowledge
- Valid SMSTS CSCS Card
- First Aid
- PPE
- Ability to manage trades, maintain site standards, and ensure safe working practices.
