Working on behalf of our client who are starting a project on a site in Barrow in Furness, we are seeking a Site Manager, on a contract basis.

Key Duties

  • Managing day-to-day site operations
  • Overseeing brickwork and roofing elements of the project
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
  • Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
  • Maintaining project timelines and quality standards

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction or refurbishment projects.
  • Strong bricklaying and roofing knowledge
  • Valid SMSTS CSCS Card
  • First Aid
  • PPE
  • Ability to manage trades, maintain site standards, and ensure safe working practices.
