Working on behalf of our client based in Flintshire. We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager on a permanent basis. Our client is a technology-driven compliance innovator transforming how compliance is delivered and managed through intelligent hardware, advanced software, and real-time data. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join at a pivotal stage in the company’s growth. This is a hands-on role with dual focus: initially driving content creation and campaign execution, while shaping and implementing a marketing strategy. Over time, you will build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead creation of engaging B2B content, including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and social media
  • Manage and optimise digital channels, including website content and SEO
  • Support lead generation through campaigns, CRM management, and marketing automation
  • Coordinate brand messaging, marketing materials, and events
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Measure and report on marketing performance and ROI
  • Mentor and build a marketing team as the function scales
