Working on behalf of our client, based in Crewe we are currently recruiting for an Electrical Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.

Key Duties:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee electrical contracts from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Assist in the design and costing of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and subcontractors.
  • Monitor work quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure installations meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Supervise and manage electricians, subcontractors, and project teams, providing guidance and training where required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any project concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and reports, ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

  • Experience in project management within the electrical industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical installation regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple electrical projects from start to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
