You will play a key role in ensuring new clients are successfully onboarded onto the platform while also providing ongoing customer support. This role bridges technical support and customer success, ensuring a smooth implementation journey and strong client retention. This role would suit someone with experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation support, or customer success within a technology-driven business.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding process
- Deliver platform training sessions (virtual and in-person where required)
- Configure systems and support initial setup
- Provide first-line support for software and connected devices
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Monitor customer usage and engagement
- Maintain onboarding documentation and training materials
- Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
