Working on behalf of our client based in Birmingham. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Estimator.

Key Duties:

  • Customer & Supplier Liaison: Confidently engage with customers and suppliers, assess inquiries, and calculate labor and material costs using BMS Selection Software to generate accurate quotations.
  • Tender Documentation Management: Interpret project specifications, layout, and schematic drawings to manage tender documentation effectively.
  • Site Visits: Conduct occasional site visits (1-2 times per month) to evaluate project requirements and strengthen customer relationships.

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

  • Background in Building Management Systems (BMS) preferred; experience in Fire Alarms, HVAC, Electrical Contracting, or similar technical sectors also considered.
  • Commercially astute, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong desire to grow and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Full UK driving license required.
