Working on behalf of our client based in Bangor, North Wales, we are recruiting for a mix of skilled tradesmen to start work on a commercial project on a temporary basis. We are looking to speak with experienced Multi Trades, Joiners, Plasterers, Plumbers, Bricklayers, Labourers and other site operatives for ongoing work opportunities. Rates are dependent on experience (DOE).
Key Duties
- Carry out trade-specific work to a high standard on a large commercial construction project
- Support ongoing site development including refurbishment, installation, finishing, and general construction duties
- Work collaboratively with site management and other trades to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain safe working practices and adhere to all site health and safety procedures
- Operate and maintain own tools and equipment responsibly on site
- Assist with general site organisation, material handling, and keeping work areas clean and tidy
What we are looking for
- Previous experience within your relevant trade or construction discipline
- Experience working on commercial construction or refurbishment projects preferred
- Own tools and full PPE essential
- Good work ethic with strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team
- CSCS card not required, although any additional site tickets or qualifications would be advantageous
- Local to Bangor/North Wales area or able to travel to site daily
