Our client is offering an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join their growing commercial team as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor through a fully funded Degree Apprenticeship Programme. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Quantity Surveying while earning a full-time salary and gaining valuable industry experience. You will work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of construction projects whilst studying towards a recognised Quantity Surveying degree.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with cost planning and budget management
- Supporting the preparation of valuations and applications for payment
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement and account management
- Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance
- Helping to prepare tender and contract documentation
- Supporting the management of variations and change control
- Working closely with project managers, site teams and commercial colleagues
- Developing a thorough understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
Degree Apprenticeship Programme
- This opportunity includes a fully funded Degree Apprenticeship with Wrexham University / Coleg Cambria
- One day per week dedicated to university/college attendance

What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in construction, commercial management or quantity surveying
