SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides high‑level administrative and operational support to advance Finance priorities and ensure seamless day‑to‑day execution. Serving as a trusted support to the CFO, this role manages complex scheduling, executive communications, and key initiatives while exercising sound judgment, anticipating needs, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The position regularly interfaces with senior leadership, Board members, and external stakeholders.
Executive Support and Calendar Management
- Manage the CFO’s calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare the CFO for meetings by developing agendas, briefing materials, and presentations.
- Coordinate and support meetings, including logistics, materials, minute‑taking, and follow‑up on action items.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, prioritizing requests and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Maintain awareness of key initiatives and organizational dynamics to proactively support the CFO’s commitments.
- Coordinate all aspects of executive travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
- Support planning and execution of key events, including leadership meetings and annual staff convenings.
Operations & Project Coordination
- Coordinate recurring Finance team meetings, driving agenda development, logistics, and accountability for follow‑ups.
- Track and manage the CFO’s priorities, projects, and reporting calendar to ensure timely execution.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives by gathering information, preparing materials, and facilitating communication across departments.
- Develop and maintain reports, documents, and presentations to support decision‑making.
- Draft and manage executive correspondence and maintain key contact records.
Board & Committee Support
- Support preparation of materials for Board and Committee meetings, including financial reviews and presentations.
- Maintain documentation and tracking of Board and Committee minutes to support audit readiness and compliance.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for executive‑level meetings and governance activities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the executive office as needed.
- Support special projects, including process and workflow improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Finance function and organizational priorities.

- College degree preferred.
- Prior experience of executive‑level administrative support experience, preferably within a non‑profit or mission‑driven organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (data analysis), Word (document creation), and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, Board members, and external stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Adaptability and sound judgment in responding to shifting priorities and urgent needs.
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work full‑time in an in‑person environment.

COMPENSATION
$80,000 - $90,000 Annually + Industry‑Leading Benefits!
