We are looking to hire an experienced Microsoft Business Applications AI Solutions Lead to help drive AI and Agentic transformation initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Fabric and Azure technologies, helping enterprise clients unlock value through AI, automation and next-generation business applications.
The role will involve:
- Leading client workshops, demonstrations and presales engagements
- Supporting go-to-market strategy and proposition development around Microsoft AI and Agentic solutions
- Building trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and Microsoft teams
- Supporting bids, proposals, RFPs and strategic client opportunities
- Designing scalable Microsoft business application and AI solutions
- Driving innovation across Copilot, automation, Power Platform and emerging AI technologies
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong Microsoft Business Applications experience across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI-driven automation solutions
- A strong architecture, consulting or solution leadership background
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting presales activities, workshops and solution strategy discussions
- Commercial awareness with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable Microsoft solutions
