UK remote working with limited travel. Up to £90k plus bonus.

We’re looking for a senior AI leader to build and scale a Microsoft-focused AI Practice - turning strategy into a high-impact, revenue-generating capability built on Azure and the wider Microsoft platform.

You’ll define how AI is designed, governed and delivered across Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform - ensuring secure, scalable and commercially successful outcomes for customers.

The Role

  • Define and execute the Microsoft AI Practice operating model, aligning strategy to Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Build market-ready AI propositions leveraging Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio.
  • Lead enterprise AI solution design, including GenAI and RAG patterns embedded across the Microsoft stack.
  • Establish architectural standards, security models and responsible AI governance frameworks.
  • Own commercial performance, including revenue growth, utilisation and AI opportunity development.
  • Influence senior stakeholders, support Microsoft-aligned pre-sales and act as a visible AI thought leader.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience building or leading a Microsoft AI practice or Centre of Excellence.
  • Deep knowledge of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio and AI integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of how AI augments Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Enterprise architecture grounding across security, compliance and governance.
  • Commercial awareness with proven contribution to AI-driven revenue growth.
  • Confidence influencing C-suite and senior technology leaders.
