This is your chance to work on solutions that really matter — building, integrating, testing and optimising Copilot experiences that help organisations work smarter, faster and more creatively. You will bring your knowledge of the wider Microsoft stack to life across real-world projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will design and build Copilot agents and agent flows that solve genuine user needs — sometimes as part of a large delivery team, sometimes as the expert on shorter engagements.
- You will shape end-to-end solutions, extend functionality with both low-code and pro-code approaches, and keep everything aligned with engineering best practice.
- You will also play a part in the wider community — whether that’s contributing ideas, championing DevOps standards, or helping evolve internal capability.
What you bring:
- Solid experience of the Power Platform and Copilot.
- Strong understanding of agent configuration, prompts and underlying tech.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and solution design best practices.
- An agile mindset and collaborative approach.
- Curiosity — you keep up with new features, functionality and certifications.
- Bonus points if you’re exploring Azure serverless, APIs or integration patterns.
