Adapt 365 are working with one of the world's leading Microsoft Dynamics consultancies, and they are on the lookout for an experienced D365 F&SCM Architect to join their growing team.
In this Lead Architect role, you will be the go-to technical expert — setting the direction, shaping high-quality solutions, and making sure both pre‐sales and delivery run smoothly. You will also play a big part in mentoring the team, championing best practices, and driving technical excellence across projects. If you enjoy blending deep product knowledge with real business impact, this one is for you.
What you will be doing:
- Working closely with the Business Applications Office of the CTO to support company goals and continuous improvement.
- Driving the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions following best practices.
- Partnering with Practice leadership to maintain consistently high-quality delivery.
- Leading on technical strategy, direction, and design across projects.
- Ensuring governance, security standards, and best practices are always followed.
- Mentoring and supporting delivery teams throughout client engagements.
What you will bring:
- A strong track record delivering innovative solutions with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and the Power Platform.
- A genuinely customer-focused approach and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at every level.
- Experience shaping and delivering technical strategies or roadmaps for clients.
- Solid leadership skills — someone who enjoys guiding, coaching, and bringing out the best in others.
- Deep knowledge of the D365 F&SCM and Power Platform ecosystems.
- Thought leadership experience and the ability to influence both technical and commercial conversations.
- A background as a D365 Solution Architect — essential for this role.
