One of the UK's fast-growing Microsoft Partners is looking for a Head of Dynamics CE and Power Platform to lead and shape their practice as it scales. This is a genuine leadership role, not a caretaker one. The practice is growing, which means real influence over how it's built, how delivery works, and where it goes next - not stepping into something already fixed in place.
Why this role
- A seat at the leadership table, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape practice direction and GTM
- Real autonomy to build the team and delivery model your way
- Clear path to grow further as the practice and business scale
- Work across a genuinely varied client base
What you'll be doing
- Owning practice performance across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Working closely with leadership to shape commercial and delivery strategy
- Growing and developing the team as the practice scales, including future hiring
- Acting as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for clients
What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on background in Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform delivery, ideally within a partner or consultancy environment
- Proven experience leading teams, projects, or workstreams
- Comfortable owning senior client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- This could suit someone already at Head/Practice Lead level, or a strong Team Lead or Principal Consultant ready to step up into their first leadership role
