📍 UK-based (remote, travel to client site when needed)

A Global Microsoft Partner is looking to appoint a D365 Solution Director to lead large‑scale enterprise delivery programmes across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for shaping solution strategy, overseeing multiple workstreams, and guiding a team of Solution Architects across complex global implementations — with a particular focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Solution Architects across Finance, SCM, and Retail workstreams
• Define and own the overall solution architecture and delivery roadmap
• Engage with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals and technology outcomes
• Oversee governance, design standards, and delivery quality across global engagements
• Support pre‑sales, scoping, and bid activity where required

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading large‑scale D365 F&O / SCM delivery programmes
• Background as a Solution Architect or Programme Lead within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of enterprise delivery models and global rollout strategy
• UK‑based, with flexibility to travel when required
