Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end D365 ERP programme delivery, including project scoping, planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, define project goals, and ensure the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring clear communication throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical consultants, and third-party vendors, to ensure the timely delivery of quality solutions.
- Ensure alignment between client business objectives and the D365 solution, guiding clients through change management and system adoption.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, while managing risks and issues that may arise during the project.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving potential obstacles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing D365 F&O programmes or similar ERP projects.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionalities and capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks and issues proactively.
