We’re working with a leading Microsoft Partner delivering large-scale, complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations programmes across the UK, Europe and beyond. They’ve got a strong pipeline of global transformation work and are now looking for a proper F&O Solution Architect to come in and take ownership of delivery. This isn’t a “step up and learn on the job” role. They need someone who’s already been there and done it.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning end-to-end solution design across F&O programmes
  • Working directly with C-level stakeholders (CFO, COO)
  • Leading design authority and shaping architecture decisions
  • Managing risk, governance, and keeping programmes on track
  • Supporting pre-sales on complex deals

What they’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a D365 F&O Solution Architect
  • Strong background in Finance or Supply Chain (ideally both)
  • Experience delivering large, multi-country or global programmes
  • Ability to challenge clients and lead from the front
  • Someone commercial, not just technical

Why this role:

  • Proper global projects (not just UK mid-market rollouts)
  • Strong leadership team who actually understand delivery
  • Big investment into growth over the next 2–3 years

The reality:

They don’t need another CV that “ticks the boxes.” They need someone who can walk into a struggling programme, take control, and deliver.
