We’re recruiting for a D365 Business Central Lead Consultant to join an end user embarking on a Global BC implementation. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a passion for driving operational efficiency through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for finance-related applications, including 365BC.
- Analyse, configure, and optimise business systems to meet evolving needs.
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (DORA, GDPR).
- Support regulatory reporting and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Finance.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of finance modules (e.g., G/L, Accounts).
- SQL and AL development experience.
- Experience with system migrations, upgrades, and greenfield implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable:
- 5+ years in IT functional roles, ideally client-facing.
- Experience with system integration and project management.
