We’re recruiting for a D365 Business Central Lead Consultant to join an end user embarking on a Global BC implementation. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a passion for driving operational efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for finance-related applications, including 365BC.
• Analyse, configure, and optimise business systems to meet evolving needs.
• Lead system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (DORA, GDPR).
• Support regulatory reporting and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Finance.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of finance modules (e.g., G/L, Accounts).
• SQL and AL development experience.
• Experience with system migrations, upgrades, and greenfield implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable:

• 5+ years in IT functional roles, ideally client-facing.
• Experience with system integration and project management.
