I'm working with a Microsoft Partner that's continuing to invest heavily in its Dynamics 365 Finance practice following a number of major project wins. They're looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to take ownership of solution design and delivery across enterprise finance transformation programmes, working directly with senior stakeholders and helping shape the future direction of the practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to functional lead on projects while still having a voice in how solutions are designed and delivered.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading Dynamics 365 Finance implementations from discovery through to go-live
- Running workshops with Finance Directors, CFOs, and key business stakeholders
- Designing solutions across General Ledger, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Expense Management
- Providing leadership and guidance to consultants across project teams
- Supporting solution design, governance, and best practice adoption
- Working closely with Architects, Project Managers, and technical teams on large-scale transformation programmes
- Supporting pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and customer engagements where required
What they're looking for:
- Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance / F&SCM projects
- Deep understanding of finance processes and best practices
- Experience leading customer workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to own functional solution design and delivery
- Consultancy or Microsoft Partner experience would be highly beneficial
- Strong communication and documentation skills
