We’re looking for a senior AI leader to build and scale a Microsoft-focused AI Practice - turning strategy into a high-impact, revenue-generating capability built on Azure and the wider Microsoft platform. You’ll define how AI is designed, governed and delivered across Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform - ensuring secure, scalable and commercially successful outcomes for customers.
The Role
- Define and execute the Microsoft AI Practice operating model, aligning strategy to Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Build market-ready AI propositions leveraging Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio.
- Lead enterprise AI solution design, including GenAI and RAG patterns embedded across the Microsoft stack.
- Establish architectural standards, security models and responsible AI governance frameworks.
- Own commercial performance, including revenue growth, utilisation and AI opportunity development.
- Influence senior stakeholders, support Microsoft-aligned pre-sales and act as a visible AI thought leader.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience building or leading a Microsoft AI practice or Centre of Excellence.
- Deep knowledge of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio and AI integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of how AI augments Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Enterprise architecture grounding across security, compliance and governance.
- Commercial awareness with proven contribution to AI-driven revenue growth.
- Confidence influencing C-suite and senior technology leaders.
