We\’re looking for a photoshoot producer to join the wonderful Creative here at Adanola!
As the photoshoot producer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all photoshoots and related production processes. You will manage scheduling, shoot and post production, asset delivery, and the smooth running of the workflow across the creative team. Your role will manage operational elements for the creative team to ensure shoots are executed seamlessly and that all assets are delivered on time for marketing, digital, and e-commerce purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot Scheduling & Coordination
- Plan and manage the scheduling of photoshoots across all stages, from pre-production through to post-production.
- Work closely with Head of Creative & Creative team to ensure all shoot logistics (models, locations, props, and equipment) are in place and well organized including some budget and expenses admin
- Ensure that all stakeholders are kept up to date on schedules, timelines, and any potential changes.
- Project Management & Workflow Oversight
- Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure smooth workflows and timely execution of shoots.
- Act as the central point of contact for all photoshoot and assetqueries and communication between internal teams
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to across all aspects of production.
- Asset Management
- Plan and oversee post-production timeline ensuring organisation and delivery of all assets, including photography, videos, and other media are delivered on time
- Collaborate with the shoot team, Senior Brand Exec and Graphics team to ensure all deliverables are met
- Production Support
- Provide hands-on support during shoots to ensure everything runs smoothly, troubleshooting any challenges that may arise.
- Identify potential risks or delays and develop solutions to ensure deadlines are met without compromising the quality of the output.
- Ensure that shoot logistics (timing, location, talent, etc.) are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Work closely with the creative team including Graphic Design team to ensure post production timings are well managed and assets are delivered to marketing teams ahead of launches
Key Requirements
- Some travel and reasonable flexibility in hours
- Experience managing a small team
- Hands-on experience in managing photoshoots and working in fast-paced production environments
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows and asset management.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between teams and external partners.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
