About the role

  • Support existing customers, or potential customers by resolving issues as they arrive, improving the overall customer journey and by generating customer loyalty through exceptional online customer service.
  • Respond on a variety of mediums such as email, social media and Live chat, to a high standard within a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible for own performance outputs such as: volume of customer enquiries, efficiencies including average handling times, 90%+ quality score, attendance and timekeeping, and giving weekly feedback to improve performance and service.

About you

  • Excellent communication skills with literacy skills at a high standard.
  • The ability to be adaptive and responsive to change.
  • Communicate effectively in high-pressure scenarios, such as complaint handling/dealing with difficult customers.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube.
  • A great work ethic.
  • We’re looking for someone who’s passionate and enthusiastic and has a desire to make a difference and play a major part in growing Adanola into a worldwide known athleisure brand.

You may also have

  • Knowledge of women’s fashion would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working in an e-commerce environment would be a major advantage to your application.
  • Experience of working on platforms such as Shopify, Zendesk, Dixa and NetSuite, this is desired but not required.

  • We are looking for someone to join Adanola on a part time basis over the busy Christmas period from October to January.
