We are looking for a highly visual Senior Creative (Social Focus) with a strong instinct for social first storytelling and art direction to join our Creative Brand Team. You'll play a key role in concepting and creating scroll-stopping social media assets that elevate our brand across all platforms. This is a hands-on creative role suited to someone who can both concept ideas and bring them to life through strong visual execution. You will work closely with both creative and social teams to ensure one cohesive creative signal across our social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social-First Creative & Concepting
- Lead the creative for social-first projects with pioneering ideas, from concept through to execution.
- Art direction for social first photoshoots, ensuring the content captures the quality and aligns with the intended platforms.
- Contribute culturally relevant, platform-aware ideas that resonate with new and existing audiences.
- Be the social creative voice in the room, ensuring concepts translate effectively across social platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to extend campaign ideas into engaging social executions.
- Maintain high standards of visual craft across all outputs.
- Create and capture content designed to generate attention and emotional pull across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Translate campaign creative into high-performing social content.
- Adapt campaign visuals into platform-native formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure assets are optimised for engagement, performance, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external creatives to ensure ideas are social-first.
- Self shoot content when needed and build lo-fi reactive pieces alongside structured campaign launches when relevant.
Creative Development
- Support concepting for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
- Assist with art direction across shoots, including e-commerce and brand editorials.
- Work closely with production and post-production teams to execute creative ideas effectively.
- Help brief and collaborate with graphic, motion, and 3D designers where needed for social assets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- We're looking for a social-first native with 3+ years experience in a creative, art direction, content, social or brand role.
- Experience and examples of leading content creation for brand socials.
- Experience in video, still and graphic execution for social media.
- This is a broad role that requires a deep understanding of digital storytelling and social content that resonates and inspires engagement.
- Understands social native content and can translate cultural as well as social-led trends into brand relevant content.
- Hybrid working with 3 days a week in the Manchester office however this role requires flexibility in days and travel for photoshoots.
