Overview:
12‑month FTC - Starting September 2026. We’re launching our first‑ever Internship Programme, and there’s never been a better time to join Adanola. During the 12‑month Internship, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, work alongside experienced teams, and contribute to projects that shape our business. This isn’t just “shadowing”; you’ll take ownership of meaningful tasks and gain a true understanding of Adanola. Our internship programme offers the opportunity to work within one of our teams (Product / Brand / Commercial / Finance) and collaborate cross‑functionally on projects that impact our brand, products and operations worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
During your internship, you will rotate between Design and Garment Technology, supporting the product development process from initial concept through to production. You’ll build an understanding of design development, technical specifications, fit, and quality, assisting with tasks such as CADs, tech packs, sample management, and fit sessions.
- Design: Support the creation of tech packs by assisting with specifications, measurements, and construction details.
- Assist in developing technical drawings and CAD sketches for presentations and production packs, developing skills in design software.
- Help organise and maintain lab dips for seasonal colour palettes, including tracking approvals and updating records.
- Assist with sample development by tracking incoming samples from suppliers and preparing them for fittings and reviews.
- Maintain and organise fabric swatches, trims, and sample libraries, ensuring materials are easily accessible and properly documented.
- Support the preparation of CAD overviews and design packs for internal meetings and presentations.
- Liaise with suppliers and factories to request samples, swatches, and production updates.
- Garment Technology: Support garment technologists throughout the product development process.
- Help review samples for basic fit, construction, and quality, recording comments for the team.
- Attend fit sessions and assist with accurately recording fit notes for communication to suppliers.
- Support bulk production processes by helping check size sets, pre‑production, and shipment samples.
- Assist in maintaining sample libraries and organising documentation of approvals, comments, and test reports.
- Assist with fabric and garment testing processes to help ensure products meet required standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Be curious, proactive and eager to learn, thriving in a dynamic working environment.
- Demonstrate they are a strong communicator and team player, comfortable collaborating across departments.
- Be organized with a good eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to pick up new tools.
- Be completing their undergraduate degree (and looking for a year in industry) or have recently graduated with a relevant degree.
