We're looking for a Head of Digital to join our marketing team. The Head of Digital is responsible for driving the performance of our Digital team and leads our customer acquisition strategy through all digital channels. The role holds full ownership of digital spend.
You will have a deep understanding of the retail industry, a proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies, and the leadership capability to build and empower a high-performing team. Most importantly, you’ll think like a customer.

Key Responsibilities- Digital marketing: Lead the development, implementation and continuous optimisation of our digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition. Create bespoke regional and channel level strategies and align your team behind these.
- New customer performance: Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximise customer acquisition. You’ll have full ownership of digital spend and be accountable for the day-to-day performance of our internal Digital CAC.
- Budget management: Manage digital spend in alignment with regional CAC goals. Flex spends across channels and platforms to deliver optimum performance. Monitor brand spend to have a full understanding of business and regional CAC and work closely with the brand team to manage spend across all marketing channels. Own month end process of reconciliation of finance numbers to marketing trackers.
- Planning and reporting: Monitor customer and channel performance, providing clear, accurate and insightful reporting to contextualise performance at channel and regional levels.
- Attribution and analytics: Develop a clear understanding of marketing measurement and attribution. You will be responsible for ensuring performance and spend efficiency across all channels, platforms and stages of the funnel.
- Brand alignment: Ensure a seamless, consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints. You will work closely with the Brand team to ensure brand assets are effectively deployed and digital journeys are tailored and engaging.
- Team leadership and SLT alignment: Lead, mentor and inspire the Digital team. You’ll cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability within a high-performing team. Build strong working relationships with peers across the business.
- Platform expertise and relationship lead: Own relationships with our core media platforms and stay on the pulse of developments in the digital industry.
- Proven track record of leading and developing a successful team in a profitable direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment.
- Experience managing a P&L.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions while maintaining brand integrity.
- Process-driven, with the ability to develop operational frameworks and business models.
- Active interest in the digital marketing industry and emerging trends.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experienced in managing, motivating and developing individuals and teams.
