The Adanola team is growing! We’re looking for a Graphic Design Assistant to join our team. This role will work closely with the in-house Design Team and will report into our Lifestyle Designer.
We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Womenswear Graphic Designer who’s ready to dive into the fast-paced world of fashion graphics. This is an entry-level role with a strong focus on admin, file management, and design support, but with a clear path for progression and more creative ownership as you grow in the role. This position is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a genuine interest in fashion and graphic design.
Responsibilities
- Support with mood boards and inspiration research
- Support the Design department with day-to-day graphic designer admin tasks
- Organise, maintain and update graphic decks, CADs and tech packs
- Prepare artwork files for production (measurements, scale, positioning, application technique details etc)
- Assist in creating internal presentation decks that showcase artwork
- Own general organisation of in-house graphic approvals, filing away strike-offs by season
- Editing and resizing graphics, tweaking signed off artwork
- Shadow senior designers and contribute ideas in design meetings
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate or someone with 0–1 years' experience in graphic design, fashion, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially WGSN, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- A keen interest in womenswear and/or activewear
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a positive mindset
- An interest in eventually taking on more creative work and evolving with the role
