The team works closely with leading retailers across multiple markets, building commercial relationships that drive both top‑line performance and brand presence in‑store. You'll join a tight‑knit team at a moment of real momentum, getting stuck into the trading, operational and cross‑functional work that keeps the department moving and the brand growing.
Position Summary: Reporting into the Wholesale Manager, the Wholesale Executive takes full ownership of allocated accounts, from day‑to‑day trading and order management through to commercial reporting and partner relationships. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, working cross‑functionally with Buying, Merchandising, Product, Finance, Operations and Marketing to deliver against shared commercial goals. With genuine end‑to‑end accountability and the scope to influence how we operate, this role offers the chance to make a real impact on Adanola’s international wholesale presence as the brand continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Take ownership of the day‑to‑day trading and account management of allocated wholesale partners, acting as a primary and attentive point of contact for buyers and internal teams. Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with partners, providing high‑quality account support and proactive communication that drive performance and growth. Attend brand meetings and store visits, reviewing performance with partners, ensuring strong brand presentation in‑store and capturing insights to inform future planning.
- Order & Delivery Management: Own the wholesale order process end‑to‑end, from order raising and amendments through to tracking and issue resolution, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and consistent service levels across your accounts. Own and maintain the wholesale order book, tracking progress, deliveries and inbound POs to ensure timelines and brand requirements are met, and flagging risks or opportunities to the Wholesale Manager. Coordinate shipment bookings and oversee delivery activity, partnering with Logistics and Operations to ensure compliance with partner requirements and brand standards. Manage key partner compliance requirements to minimise chargebacks, deductions and shipment delays. Identify operational inefficiencies and take ownership of resolving issues within your remit, suggesting and implementing improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency and partner satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Contribute to account planning and performance tracking, monitoring sales against targets and using insight to support trading decisions and identify growth opportunities. Interpret weekly sales and stock data to inform account decisions, producing confident account sales reports and analysis using available data sources.
- Product Planning: Maintain strong knowledge of product programmes, ranges, launches and changes, collaborating closely with the Product team to ensure accurate and timely product information reaches our partners. Support the creation of seasonal product decks and line sheets, track buy deadlines and address buyer queries to keep partners informed and aligned with brand direction.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with our Finance team on credit control, pre‑payment processes and the resolution of debit, faulty and charge‑related queries. Share feedback and insights across Buying, Merchandising, Product, Marketing and Finance to support smooth operations, accurate invoicing and brand consistency.
